Pre-Order Agreement
Expandia Homes LTD — Effective Date: 14 March 2026
1. Pre-Order Agreement
By placing a pre-order through expandia.co.nz the purchaser agrees to reserve an expandable container home from an upcoming shipment or manufacturing allocation.
2. Deposit Requirement
A deposit may be required to secure the pre-order allocation. Deposits reserve production or shipment allocation and may be non-refundable as outlined in the Refund Policy.
3. Estimated Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing timelines, international shipping schedules, port congestion, customs processing or transport availability.
4. Payment of Balance
Full payment must be completed prior to delivery or release of the product unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The purchaser is responsible for confirming building consent requirements, site preparation, foundations, crane access and connection of utilities.
6. Specification Variations
Minor variations in finishes, materials or fittings may occur due to manufacturing changes and do not constitute grounds for cancellation provided the product remains substantially consistent with the advertised product.
7. Delivery Conditions
Delivery requires suitable access for heavy transport and crane placement where necessary. Additional charges may apply if delivery cannot occur due to site conditions.
8. Acceptance
By completing checkout and payment the purchaser acknowledges and accepts the Expandia Homes LTD Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
